TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TICKET SALES

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of tickets through the website birdsyyyy.com.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subject of the Contract
These Terms regulate the purchase of tickets for events organized by the Seller.
A purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the payment is successfully completed via the online payment system.

3. Price and Currency
All ticket prices are listed in Czech Crowns (CZK).
The price displayed at the time of purchase is final.
The Seller reserves the right to change ticket prices prior to purchase. Price changes do not affect already completed purchases.

4. Payment Method
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Accepted payment method:
  • Credit or debit card
The Seller does not store full card details.

5. Ticket Delivery
After successful payment, the ticket will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase within 24 hours.
If the ticket is not received within this time, the Buyer must contact the Seller at:
birdsyyy@gmail.com
The electronic ticket must be presented at the event (printed or on a mobile device).

6. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as the purchase concerns leisure services provided on a specific date.
All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled.

7. Event Changes and Cancellation
The Seller reserves the right to:
  • Change the program or schedule
  • Postpone the event
  • Change the venue within the same city if necessary
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be informed about the refund procedure.

8. Complaints (Reklamace)
If the Buyer identifies an issue related to the purchase (e.g., non-delivery of ticket, payment error), the Buyer may submit a complaint via email to:

The complaint must include:
  • Full name
  • Order details
  • Description of the issue
The Seller will review and respond within 30 days in accordance with Czech consumer protection law.

9. Liability
The Seller is not responsible for:
  • Loss or theft of tickets
  • Technical issues on the Buyer’s side
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

10. Dispute Resolution
The Buyer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through:
Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce – ČOI)

11. Right to Refuse Entry
The Seller reserves the right to refuse entry to the event or remove any attendee without refund in case of violation of these Terms, venue rules, public order regulations, or in case of aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

12. Code of Conduct
Attendees agree to:
  • comply with venue safety rules
  • respect other guests and performers
  • refrain from bringing prohibited items
  • avoid behavior that may pose a risk to others
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the event without compensation.

13. Media and Recording Consent
The event may be photographed and recorded.
By attending the event, the attendee grants the Seller the right to use their image, voice, and likeness captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes without additional compensation.

14. Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
