TICKET LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Ticket License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase and use of tickets for the BIRDSY live concert scheduled for March 6, 2026, in Prague, Czech Republic (the “Event”).

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of the Ticket
Each ticket grants the purchaser a revocable, non-transferable license to attend the Event.
The ticket remains the property of the Event Organizer at all times.
The Organizer reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for violation of these terms without refund.

2. Event Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to:
  • Change the event schedule, lineup, or program
  • Modify the venue within Prague if necessary
  • Postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date.
Refunds are only issued in case of official cancellation of the Event.

3. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are permitted except in the case of Event cancellation.
If the Event is cancelled, refund procedures will be communicated via the official ticketing platform.

4. Code of Conduct
By attending the Event, you agree to:
  • Behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and other guests
  • Follow venue rules and safety regulations
  • Comply with local laws
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

5. Recording & Media
The Event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed.
By attending, you grant the Organizer and Artist (BIRDSY) the right to use your image, likeness, and voice captured during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

6. Liability
Attendance at the Event is at your own risk.
The Organizer and Artist are not responsible for:
  • Personal injury
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures)

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

8. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Ticket License Agreement.
